Along an Adirondack road is this simple barn with a walk out lower level. There's no house around, just the barn. It's literally miles to the next building. I always use this barn as a marker to how close to my camp I am. I love the red of the bard contrasting with the trees. The birch trees are strong and will survive many winters to come, like this old barn.
