While visiting my sister and brother-in-law in Rockport, Mass, I planning my painting days. Where should I go? Of course, Motif #1 was on the list, but my BIL Bob kept encouraging me to visit the headlands. I'm so glad I spent a few hours (albeit freezing and windy) perched above the town. From the headlands you can see the energetic little village as its breakwaters open to the wide ocean. Lobster boats and fishermen make this cove their home. And I'm glad my family does, too!
